Volkswagen is recalling 71,043 of its 2011 model Jetta sedans a year by a wiring problem with the horn and alarm system. The automaker has been hit by problems with wiring and electronics in their vehicles, and although we are told that VW is working to improve quality in this area, some elves are emerging. No accidents or injuries have occurred as a result of this defect.
