Man spends nearly $200,000 to win right to park truck in his own driveway
0 comments Posted by asu at 11:00 PMThe local HOA soon changed its mind, and before long a lawsuit ensued. In 2008, a judge ruled in Vizzi's favor, but the association quickly appealed the decision. In March, a second judge sided with Vizzi, and the courts awarded him $187,000 in legal fees to be paid by the HOA. In total, the association claims that the ordeal has cost over $300,000, including the cash it now has to pay to Vizzi. Take a look after the jump to watch a local news report on the legal battle. Thanks for the tip, Sea Urchin!

Evidently, Chevrolet had to increase truck production in Mexico due to a strike at one of their U.S. axle plants. Because the strike lasted so long, Chevrolet’s production mix shifted dramatically outside the U.S. Last year, the Silverado was the 2nd most American truck. This year, it’s fallen behind the Tundra.
Here’s the list (taken form
- Ford F150
- Chevy Cobalt
- Chevy Malibu
- Pontiac G6
- Toyota Tundra
- Toyota Sienna
- Honda Odyssey
- Chevy Silverado 1500
- Chrysler Sebring
- Ford Explorer/Sport Trac
